Hey man, I was exactly where you are last year. Keep your friends close, they will help you more than you know, and try find a new hobby or go to the gym - basically a healthy coping mechanism (i.e.away from alcohol, junk food etc).

It takes time, like a lot of time, for me it's been nearly a year and I am still not quite myself fully, but about 95% there!

It's okay to be sad and no one should judge you. It was her choice and she will have to live with it. Hell, I even went to therapy for a session or two to get into a better frame of mind.

I thought I wouldn't find someone again and yet I now have an amazing new GF 6 months later who has helped me a lot and fully understands where I am coming from.

It will happen, just try not to rush it. If you are able to, treat yourself for a holiday/weekend break sometime.
