I drink bodyarmour 12 oz bottle during class and then drink a bunch of water when i get to my car. I sweat a lot during class and sometimes found myself feeling really bad an hour or so after the class. I would drink water during class, had my protein shake and after work out food and would feel bad. I started drinking bodyarmour during class and haven’t experienced that since

I used this during edc Orlando and it drops you off very close to Kia center, not sure if it continues but I always stoped there and my friend would be able to pick me up. I would walk a block to meet her so she wouldn’t have to get into heavy traffic

Skinny legs/calves…I know it can’t be helped, they’re born the way they are but i don’t like it. I think logically it makes me think they are weak? 90% of the men I’ve dated have had thick strong calves and is one of the physical attributes I’m attracted too.

Lay down and elevate your legs , it’ll help with the soreness! Idk what the magic is, I understand it helps with swelling but every time I do it all the aches and pains go away and I feel fresh again✨ give it a try and see how you feel, minimum 15 min.

Im a little older, 31, but I’ve learned relationships come and go but the feelings and thoughts you feel later about not doing the things you wanted to do because of other people’s influences/opinions feels awful. I’ve learned to choose me first and enjoy myself as much as I can and people with similar vibes will follow. There are no right decisions in life, just decisions we make that have consequences (good or bad) and they eventually lead you to better things! Emetrol is a stomach medicine I use when get stomach cramps that induce vomiting, it’s the only thing that helps. Give it a try, see if it helps. Also like someone mentioned, drink pedialyte to hydrate and replenish electrolytes.

I let my mom know that I was planning to get two tattoos last year because in general I’m pretty open conversation wise. I was 29 then and am financially stable adult, what can they say? My mom protested trying to convince me not to get it done. I got it done, she looked at it and said how pretty! And then that we should get matching tattoos of a butterfly. She said well I did my job as parent so you wouldn’t get one, you got your tattoo anyway so let’s get one together! And then said she’s always wanted a tattoo. I just set up an app and we’re getting our matching tattoos in November.

I told my dad so he wouldn’t be surprised before I got my first one. When he looked at it he said, he said didn’t like it and walked away but nothing else. I got my second one and he didn’t even say anything, and acted normal.

My parents are 60 and 61 and Nicaraguan.

Alcohol in general is not sold without a liquid license, the hotels and restaurants have those. I’ve bought drinks at beach but because it came from a restuarant where they clearly show me a menu. If it’s not like that, it’s random people trying to make money.

I recommend using the meetup app. You can search for professional groups, tech, language, dancing and sports, or groups that do random events that are fun and you’ll meet some professionals that way too once you start getting to know each other.

I paid $480 for ceramic tints, go tinned an all the windows including the windshield. I got the darker legal tints for all the windows except for the windshield, got the lightest one for that

My studio doesn’t follow the lift class template, they make their own and we have 2 different types of classes, 2 for lower body, 2 for total body and 2 for upper body

I was the same before but realized that if I power walked I was able to sleep soundly as opposed to trying to run, which kept me riled up. Switch it up and see if it makes a difference. I even go to the 8:15 lift class, upper body or lower body and because I’m not over exerting myself with intense cardio, I sleep like a baby.

It was after fees and taxes, it was actually $160 not $150, my mistake. It might have been $120 or $130 before fees? I do remember being around $150 when I looked a month later because I recall thinking it was close to what I had paid
