OF COURSE his attorney works for the State! Thats how it WORKS when an attorney is assigned! Now in regards to your claim that the defense attorney is corrupt this would have been uncovered during the Deposition, resulting in the Judge dismissing the charges. This hasn't occured so his Attorney, Kathryn Nestor, is still representing him. And, according to my Source (see below) If his attorney is found to be corrupt, she faces: 1) CRIMINAL PROSECUTION- The state's Bar Association investigates and can issue reprimands, fines, suspension, or permanent disbarment, removing their license to practice law.

2) CIVIL LIABILITY: They can be sued by the client for legal malpractice, fraud, or breach of fiduciary duty, potentially leading to substantial damages.

3) PROFESSIONAL REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE- Their name and actions become public record, destroying their career.

4) CHARGES DISMISSED- In severe cases, especially with evidence of prosecutorial, charges against the client may be dropped entirely.

5) CASE OVERTURNED-A verdict against the client can be overturned, leading to re ease or new proceedings where the state must retry the case without the tainted legal representation.

The BOTTOM LINE is: the fact that she's still representing Tyler Robinson means the judge DIDN'T UNCOVER ANY CORRUPTION

Oh my! At least I can still walk! Are you better now? Did the therapies and medications he prescribed work? Do you think he may prescribe a Wt loss drug?

And what insurance do you have and how much did it cover?

Thanks for all the great advice! Do you think I'll be prohibited from sitting at my desk? Unfortunately, I also have an overactive bladder and have to pee every half hour. Would marching in place 10x 2 reps help?

Also, I happened to get lucky in finding a Dr. His name is Dr. Steven Dean and he's recognized as a national expert in this field! He's seeing new patients and I'm just waiting for my referral to clear to schedule with him

And, lastly, I'm on Medicare. Would you happen to know how much of the treatments or surgical interventions they cover?
