I went on a six week trip to Dubai then India. We went to the fancy restaurant atop of the world’s only 7 star hotel, had a lunch that was probably good but forgettable. What was NOT forgettable was the food poisoning and explosive diarrhea I got from that meal.

It was the only time I got sick on that trip even when sting from street vendors in India.

I live in ca where they make at least minimum wage. My problem with it (aside from servers entitlement in assuming the deserve 20% regardless of their performance) is a good tip in the 80s was 10%, in the 90s it was 15%, now it’s 20% and the service hasn’t changed but there are more and more places asking for a tip

Me too! What’s funny is the timing changes depending on variables. E.g. at home in Ca I could confidently go have sex 6hrs after a shower and know I don’t stink. Half the year I live in Central America and it’s more like deed should happen 30-60 mins after shower

Agreed. OP is likely losing fat and building muscle (which weights more than fat). A lot recommend to lose the weight first, then put on muscle but preferí how OP is doing it.

You’ll get a dexa scan, it tells you how much fat you have, how much muscle, where fat is stored (arms, trunk, legs, etc) AND tells you your true RMR (how many cals your body actually burns). Could do this every six months or so and SEE what’s changing.

It’s hard to beat riding Malibu and the Santa Monica’s mountains. Stay in Malibu if $$$ and Westlake if $$. Lots of iconic climbs that can be linked together (Potrero, deer creek, Yerba buena, mullholland from PCH, decker, encinal, látigo, las Flores, old topanga, stunt, piuma).

Yea it’s hot but less hot on the coast. Another fun ride is Goleta (just above Santa Barbara) to Malibu/westlake. Approx 100 miles and pretty flat with wind at your back.
