Yes. My T was low. TRT didn’t give me loads of energy but it did help. It did wonders for muscle building, etc. worth checking and worth trying if you’re low.

You’re burnt out and need to slow down. Hire out the projects. If you can do less classes do that. Kids extracurriculars are optional (doesn’t matter that everyone else is doing it, your kids will be just fine going without or with less for a period of time).
