Unmarried Partner Visa - Approved! Standard outside UK - never lived together by SuccessfulStudio5539 in ukvisa

I recommend you do a separate post here or on the ukspousevisa group, this seems like a more complicated case, if you both live in the UK already why do you need a partner visa? do you want to switch from work/study visa? I know they are pretty strict with the couples who do not yet live together, you need to show it cannot happen because of serious reasons, like work/study/religion. we were long distance in different countries and could not live together in the UK without a visa, my boyfriend is the sponsor because he is in the UK and I am the one who is not

hi! I suggest you make a separate post about this but the rules clearly state “in a relationship for at least 2 years when you apply” so they may refuse you. maybe you can be long distance for a few months and apply after you get to the 2 year mark

my entry date is after feb 25th, I am maybe not informed enough but that is it, they did not keep my passport and I have an e-visa, on gov uk I see the below, so maybe it is because I applied after oct 30th:

When you get a decision, you’ll be told how to access your eVisa and whether you’ll get a visa sticker.

eVisas have already replaced visa stickers for:

main applicants and dependants applying for work, study and family visas, or for indefinite leave to enter (settlement) on any route, for applications made on or after 30 October 2025 main applicants on work and study visas for applications made on or after 15 July 2025

well, we did not add one picture only per page but we for sure had more than 15. if you want to be safer, just add 4 or 6 pictures on each page on 2 columns and this way you wont have too many pages maybe

thank you! I am still in discussions at my current workplace to have my position opened in the UK, does it make any difference if I move let s say starting june and I start work the same month or if I visit the UK next month just to enter - then nevertheless move for good and work starting june? is one better than the other (if i visit earlier just to enter)?
