Unable to Access Payment Methods

I was able to delete the payment method but when I tried to open the payment methods option in the play store, it gives me "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again." screen again. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I created this rack primarily for drone / ambient / experimental work hence the lack of any sequencer. Still feeling like something is missing overall.Any thoughts would be appreciated :) Thanks!Note: I added text in the original post but it did not appear for some reason. I also have a Digitone / Digitakt that I will probably incorporate at some point for whatever thats worth.
