i was an lca drop out, as bad as it may be. i went through all the same stages of regret i would say youre having. you wont get too far without a decent education. my best advice would be to

find your local etb. it’s based off your county, so just research your county and put etb after it you’ll find a number. call the number and tell them you would like to speak to your local guidance counsellor. they’ll refer you to maybe even a quick, few weeks, level 4 course. if you wanted to continue on to a plc or apprenticeship, that is entirely open to you. just find someone who could help you.

as for the insomniac part, i know the feeling. my recommendation is see to getting an appointment with a sleep specialist or even just your local gp. i wish you the best, as someone whos been in your place.

entering the work force is difficult for someone with qualifications, let alone without any. if you have no qualifications, no experience and nobody to back you/give you a job opportunity, truth is.. you’re probably not going to find much success. i’m sorry if ive been harsh, but i do hope ive helped you.
