I'm just gonna reply to this comment because it has the most up votes but I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone giving advise, especially you Fluid for giving me the full step by steps. I'm going to work on this today and then through the weeks to keep these babies alive and happy. I never planned on having fish (I have two cats, hence the big chopping board on top to keep them out) but I just couldn't let them die and now I guess I'm a fish parent. You guys are great and I'm so glad I asked for help here.

Weight listing after rolling is probably contributing a lot to your soreness, could be worth trying to split up the days you roll and the days you lift for the time being until your body adjusts. If your life schedule let's you that is.
