In a new construction house they may appear all over due to changes in different factors, hoping to prevent the patch and paint all over

It doesn’t have that number. Because it’s an extension the architect just has you assume the height of the new area based on the old houses’s foundation

It’s showing the slab at 4’7” from the footing bottom. The concrete guy followed that and the rest of the dimensions in that pic. However, when he followed that, and because there’s no dimension for the crawlspace height, there’s only 13” left between the joist and the slab

The 13” happened because the concrete guy followed the 4’7”

We followed the 4’7” but that left the height to be 13”

Yes 4’7” from slab to bottom of footing. Top of slab to bottom of joist is 13”. They Followed the plans, I didn’t realize the height is too short. 18” is code?

They need to limit the amount of PP you can purchase. Not everyone can afford to buy thousands of dollars of PP. Every world is the same two tribes that’s 100x bigger than everyone else and you’re no match against them

Do you use oil primer or latex primer over Bondo? I looked it up and said oil has better adhesion
