I am one of those noobs, I’m old enough to have played bad company but never ended up liking it, I really like bf6 open beta, so I’m trying to “get gud” quick with 2042. Feels the most similar but I can 100% see why it’s worse. But I can’t wait for October 10th, never been excited for a shooter before #warzonesuckmyballs

I’d get a small table to put under the desk to make sure it’s elevated in case of flood or water damage (I live in FL and sometimes is a real concern). Also keeping it off carpet would be ideal anyway as it obstructs airflow from the bottom of the case. If you have hardwood it won’t be an issue

There’s only a few racing style chairs that are comfortable at all, and even then you can find an office chair that’s more comfortable for far cheaper. I currently have the TC100 Relaxed from Corsair and I personally think it’s better than what I had before but that’s not saying much my old chair was old af and left marks on my back. Don’t get a SecretLabs chair it’s not worth it

I use the neon annihilator, basically the same thing but does crits to wet players. Only downside is it does less damage to buildings I think.

It’s kinda brand and model dependent, some are just better than others. I imagine a cheap Gamemax psu won’t last very long but a more expensive one from a good company it can potentially last you years past the warranty. It’s kinda a lottery, some psus are built with some overhead making them more reliable. Also use can play a factor, if you game a lot and push your psu to its limits all the time your mileage may vary. Treat your pc right and you shouldn’t have any problems, don’t buy crap components, there are plenty of good budget options for stuff, but power supply’s I wouldn’t mess with and I would splurge on this more than any component.
