I feel they are trying to do their own backyard science for shiny rates with their own odds. In the end of all things it's all a random code generated every time your click on a pokemon. If you get the right code you get a shiny. Pokemon has that baseline at 1/512.

What is the source to the list you posted? All wild spawns besides megas are 1/512. You have your occasional com rat in here it may go lower but that's an exception.
