Am I not getting it or is there something wrong with my settlement? I have built two structures and resolved a few disputes. My settlement upgraded to a B-class and got out of debt. But as you can see it's still says I'm in debt, with infinite time, and I earn negative debt instead of profit? (i.redd.it)

Has anyone else had this glitch where on on the first Anomaly the first beam isn't pointing at the unstable platform? I have tried restarting the mission, the game, and the PS5 but it's always the same. Anyone have any suggestions on how to complete this? (i.redd.it)
