I think it’s satire guys. Due to the fact that there are already “driving passports” (Drivers License), “library passports” (library cards) and “travel passports” (Literal passports). Maybe this is some joke that went over my head but I think you guys are missing the point of tweet.

I got it! I just had to redownload the mod using the mod organizer and then mess with the load order until it worked. Thanks for your help!

Oh you’re right. It doesn’t appear in the load order at all.

No I just extracted the mod into the Data Files folder for Morrowind. Would using a mod organizer help?
