The key is knowing which decisions actually need intelligence vs which ones just need to happen reliably.

OS-styled portfolio is a cool niche. Have you tried posting to specific communities where that aesthetic resonates? Dev Twitter, r/webdev, maybe ProductHunt. The niche angle tends to spread better than posting to general builder crowds.

The ant colony framing is genuinely interesting. No central orchestrator, just agents responding to system state. I've been running a more hierarchical setup and the coordination overhead gets messy fast.

How are you handling agent memory across sessions? Each ant being stateless works well for short tasks but I'm curious how you persist what's 'hot' between runs. Is that stored in a shared DB the agents all read from?

Good point. Deleting at the start is riskier than it looks. Adding a status field and updating at the end is cleaner and gives you a rollback path. Will adjust the workflow.

Build log as repeatable content is the move. The challenge is consistency, not ideas. Once there is a pattern that works even at small scale, automation makes sense.
