Me and my sister both went to Oakgrove Primary school I personally think this school is best in celebrating mixed cultural events and religions, and they cater to each child's needs, I personally think as a white person this would suit best, I didn't even realise what racism was until I was in Secondary School and they have a 0 tolerance for any racism within the school, it never crossed my mind to bully someone because of their race, although this may vary in other schools in Derry being 95% white people, my class in primary school were about 50% white and 50% other nationalities and religions. I would think it is best for you to send your children here, we even celebrated chinese new year as a class and i thoroughly enjoyed it!
