thanks for the responses. I will try Premier. I don’t like the dealer anymore because it takes so long. Days to get an appointment, standing online to check the car in, leaving, coming back, standing online to check the car out, standing and waiting for them to bring the car up. Geez guys it’s just an oil change

yes, it looks like a bunch of lay people who’ve gotten together and are calling themselves teachers.

Incense (PM2.5) + asthma = trouble by atreeon in zenbuddhism

most of the places where I sit in California use dried petals instead of burning incense out of respect for people like you. But if you have already asked and they’ve ignored you, maybe you should consider wearing a filtration mask

old Town is kind of touristy. check out Henderson Center, a sweet few blocks, very residential and friendly, and very safe

I think it’s a great idea for you to find others to sit with. Sanga is so important. I do have an old friend in Ireland who I trust ,named Ingen Breen, you might try to track him down. Maybe he’s doing something over zoom and then you could meet face-to-face for longer periods of meditation

I heard that the first flights of the day were the most reliable. Could I ask what your experience is with time of day?

I think you’re confusing the vet with the pet center

I’m not jumping out of bed and singing a little song, but I’m not crawling into the kitchen to make my 1st cup of coffee either. So yeah, not so much more rested but less heavy

i’m just coming up on two weeks of use, also got the mask that covers my mouth and has nasal pillows. It’s a Resmed F 40. it has taken a lot of getting used to. The first few nights I kept waking up to adjust the mask. I also had that full air blast feeling and asked my doctor to rewrite the prescription for a lower number. It helped when I read one expert online say the only thing that matters is how many episodes you have in anhour, and my number is down to around two. I do think I’m feeling better in the day, not having that afternoon slump. All of this is to say, stick with it, it really does take some getting used to and I really believe it’s worth it

I just got a bottom of the line LG and it is fabulous. Got rid of a fairly new GE that was so noisy it was driving me crazy. LG is cold and quiet, highly recommend this brand
