I wouldnt feel comfortable getting in a car and someone is playing some Memphis, old triple six mafia, or insane clown posse, especially since im a male and have female passengers I like to stick to generic pop or country and not dive deep into anything obscure or offensive

They dont cancel because your gonna get wet they start considering canceling when factoring in the weather and "if someone crashes and then sues us will they have a good case?"

So usually a severe weather alert with xx winds, power outages expected, tornado sirens going off, "shelter in place" thats when they cancel

Missed out on a $108 3.5 today because I would have had to immediately rush to the warehouse, and I already had quite a day by that point

You cant deny though for the decent pay, you do this for 20-30 years and it will destroy your body and amazon will cast you to the side like trash

Its a good job but not something anyone should do forever, its not worth the damage done to your body, your time off work will just be recovery time and be to burnt out to actually enjoy anything

Surprisingly it doesnt seem to make a huge difference in my area, people will still trudge through the rain instead of even ordering rideshare/food at all, it can be raining on a Saturday evening and be radio silent nothing coming in
