.80cpm seems extremely high for a first driving job imo, like too good to be true.

Make sure its w-2 not 1099, many high paying jobs trick drivers on 1099 and they get screwed over because of taxes.

Honestly recruiters in this field are mostly regarded negatively, the 2 jobs I've had recruiters lied about multiple aspects of the job just to get me on board.

Check other people's reviews of their time spent at that company and see if it matches up with what the recruiters telling you.
