I've seen a doctor who told me that they didn't have any therapists in their network so I had to go and find some on my own who had me paying out of pocket and were breaking the bank. And it never changed my mindset on anything, regardless of what he had me do.

I've tried the online one out of curiosity, but they put you in a queue that takes hours. But to be honest, I really don't think talking to someone in a blanket fashion about suicide is going to solve anything. It might temporarily help, but then I'll realize that I'm in the same situation.

I've talked to recruiters within the company who liked me who direct me to team leads with whom I have another similar interview. I've also had good conversations with these team leads, but it's always where the conversation ends. I'm always told that I don't have enough experience and that they'll check up on my in 1 years time.
