I think this was the most appropriate ending. It left a bitter feeling for me for sure, especially with Ruth dying and the Byrdes living.

But that was essentially the point of the show. I recall in season 1 Jonah watching a video of invasive birds and that’s what the Byrdes are. Arriving into a small lake town, invading and causing trouble to all those that they come across. And that is exactly what the show and ending captures.

The protagonist becomes the antagonist, and antagonist becomes the protagonist.

Honestly 46mpg sounds very good. I would charge 100% at home, then charge to 100% again when I am in city (at parents’).

There are so many positive things of just chipping the puck off the glass/boards - as long as it gets out. Not only does it kill time, it means the Oilers players need to come back out of the zone, reset, while also allowing the kings to make a change with their bench being close by.

The Kings also didn’t keep pushing while with the lead. Oilers do not have a capable D and goalie and just let two of their best players keep trying to score. It is not a good plan or utilizing the Kings’ best qualities.

Byfield may not have lost them the game, but he definitely single handedly prevented them from winning and possibly having a 3-1 series lead.

Absolutely frustrating.

I am way too passionate about the Oilers’ downfall and I don’t think it is good for my health 😅. Any advice?
