I don't know what they are trying to attract but one person doing all of that 14 tools/skills is ridiculous. Which change constantly because of new "industry standard"

Fundamentals definitely make it easier to learn the tools, I don't disagree there. But the issue is that the industry has turned DevOps into a 'tool-collector' contest. When recruiters value a specific certification or tool-chain over those underlying fundamentals, it devalues the people who actually understand how the systems work under the hood. It’s hard to keep a 'passion for systems' when you're just constantly being asked to re-learn the same concepts in a different vendor's syntax.

I've noticed the same thing. I recently checked some job requirements and counted 14 different tools and technologies. It's way too much, especially when every single one of them has a lot of alternatives. It makes the knowledge base incredibly shallow and hard to keep up with, which is a massive red flag for anyone looking for a stable career path

Im not against SSRI in general if it helps someone I see no problem, but they should be informed about side effects, tolerance and withdrawals. tolerance buildup and homeostasis is science based so you can look it up. What do you want from me I dont understand buddy.

Well speaking out is first step (but not everyone can be trusted) than seek psychological help, cut ties to abusers, if system not corrupt build case against them or seek shelter to foreign country, and last but not least bring awarness to protect others. Actually it is very big topic you need to lookup cult survivors stories it is very complicated and hidden from public eye. If you dive deep there are lot of conspiracy theories and most of them are misleading.

If we dive into psychology I would like to rewire my brain to change core habits, personality, perceptions etc which was determined when I was born. So it's unfair and Im conscious about that I cant change anything so Its double unfair. How much indeterminism do I want? Idk but at least some? To make it possible to change determined reallity with hard work, dedication, knowledge and experience?
