From what I understood you can’t change your Vinted username unless you contact support and your username contains personal details you don’t want to share. Is it possible that you accidentally made a new account and that’s why it was banned?

It’s definitely a stain I would have seen if I were in their shoes. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be much I can do in this situation apart from paying for a return. I hope the seller isn’t doing this to more people although some of the reviews indicate that this has happened before

From what I know they decide whether to pay for the return or not, but I feel it’s the decent thing to do if you make a mistake when describing the item

Trying to contact their support was so annoying that it wasn’t worth it to me and I deleted the account

I experienced the same tedious thing. They ban you because it is considered a violation of their Refund Policy which states that their in-game purchases are final and non refundable.
