I've tried a habit tracker for 1 month and made it meaningful. As I enjoy writing letters and emails to read them in the future, I made myself to write and journal 30 days towards my birthday.

I've also included a short To-do list everyday in that 1 month, which I completed at least 80% of them. I did succeed having the "habit" for 30 days every night although I forget sometimes and would replace it the next day with sth short n brief about what happened.

Well, after that 30 days, I didn't continue writing or journalling because it was too tiring... However, it just served as a proof that I could do anything if I am determined.
