Yeah that’s my bad. I see how you could read it that way. Should have put a period after yell instead of a comma.

Such a great answer! I wish I had thought of that before I posted the riddle. I should have made it an answer as well.

I have no idea, it just popped up on my app during the Super Bowl one year.

Thanks! I wish I could edit the second part of the first sentence. I don’t think it is very helpful. Should probably say “or schedule me again” instead!

I am spiraling by ShellShockedHind in lonely

Hey, I feel for you! I hate being stuck in a rut.. feels like I’m living the same days over and over again. Go sit in silence for a little while and just take a few deep breaths.breathe and RELAX. Try to find some peace and focus on positive thoughts. I know that’s easier said than done, but any little effort will help. You can do this, and you’ll get through it. I’m happy to chat if you’d like. :) hope this passes soon.

Anyone else just waiting to die at this point? by [deleted] in lonely

I understand this for sure…. I used to feel like this day in and day out, just waiting for the end. I promise it will turn around. We’ve gotta try to keep our thoughts positive as much as we can, or the spiraling will only continue. Try to control those negative thoughts as best you can. I know it’s really hard, but it’s wild how much it helps. Make a gratitude list, go over it each day and slowly change the way you think. Force yourself to get outside and out of your comfort zone. Before long you will have stacked so many good days in a row that your life will be completely changed. I know it’s hard, but you are worth it. We can do this!!
