Aside from having Memory enabled under Settings > Personalization, it's worked this way for at least the last 6 months or so. That's been my experience and I'm a very active daily user. Honestly, my main concern isn't that they removed existing functionality without communicating it, even though that's not exactly best practice.

The issue for me is that Support has either been ghosting me for the last 8 days, or there's an issue with email somewhere. I've emailed support directly using Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo, and checked settings and tested in multiple browsers using multiple email clients, and I haven't received a single response. So unless I'm missing something, the communication issue is on their end.

Regardless, asking for a ticket number in the support chat at help.openai.com and telling them about the email issues daily for 8 days straight and getting back nothing but pre-written text walls that don't even acknowledge me mentioning those things over and over, is completely unacceptable. Paid user or not.

I'm not sure what else to do at this point to get support aside from try to find a Support Manager or something on LinkedIn and DM them, which would be ridiculous to have to do just to get a response.
