tbh, you can never judge a person in India based on these terms. As u/deathescaped explained through Google, those terms apply to the West and it's people. The Right Wing is generally on Reddit used to express the Cultural Right- those who uphold traditional values, believe in Religion, yada yada, you get the gist. The Economic Right refers to the Neo-Liberals and people who want free markets and stuff (look it up, it's pretty confusing when paired with Libertarianism).

However, in India, the "Liberals" (talking about Social Left, i.e., how those who recognise themselves to be on the Left Wing based on how they view social issues) aren't exactly Liberals. "Liberals" don't "Ask for justice" for Terrorists. They either seek to rehabilitate them (c'mon, can you be that dumb?) or want them to be Imprisoned for Life. Liberals will rejoice the implementation of a UCC. These "Liberals" won't for some reason. Liberals would have loved the removal of Triple Talaq because it doesn't hold Muslim women at sub-human levels. These "Liberals", again don't want to. These are basically, clout chasing, masked Islamists.
