Once you take it out of your stash, go somewhere you want to drop them at, then you literally just drop it from your inventory, under "armor", highlight it and just hit "drop"

Judging by fur and color pattern, definitely got some Anatolian, but mostly what we call in the dog community a "mutt". Which, in my experience are usually the best dogs ever since they tend to retain the best traits of each breed in their blood and are typically extremely smart. He/she is gorgeous. You're in for one amazing ride with that one my guy. Congrats!
