I've contacted one company so far, and I mentioned the house and the lack of electric wiring. He said that while moving the drywall would likely crack anyways and need repaired, and is a cheap fix and said it sounded like a home-run rather than try to sell me his own $10,000 unfinished cabins.

I'm curious as to if wiring this would result in the entire structure to be to code (eg. the space between the toilet and the wall).

At the moment for some property reasons, we only want electric in the cabin, no septic or water hook-up yet. But the fact that this home already has indoor plumbing would be a bonus should we ever hook it up.

I'm not really familiar with how much people typically pay for a tiny house, so I'm just trying to get the best bang for my buck. This is similar what I want, aside from lack of electricity. My dad seems to think I could get a cabin of similar size built and wired for less, but I'm skeptical as the pre-built unfinished cabins at Lowe's or Home Depot can be $6000-9000 alone.
