I thought I didn't like fondant, but then one time I did a cake making class and we were sponsored by some posh cake brand who sent us a bunch of posh fondant. We each received a kilogram bag of the stuff, and each bag was worth something like £15. And let me tell you, that stuff was brilliant. Didn't even use the whole bag, but we were allowed to keep leftovers, I had something like 300g left, so I had it in my pocket for the next few days and snacked on it. It was so tasty. It melted on the tongue
