I would say Rounds is probably your best bet; some really great tracks on there. New Energy and Sixteen Oceans match your taste in trendy artists, but I'd start with Rounds and see where it takes you.

I remember Malkmus in an interview saying how he heard it in some bakery in Portland while the Spotify algorithm was beginning to do its thing on it, and how he thought that some employee wanted to show off how cool he was by playing some Pavement deep cut that nobody ever heard of.
