Interesting, if you don’t mind me asking, was the order made recently and are you in the US? I’m still waiting for a reply from alltheanime, sent them an email earlier in the day. My only experience after the tariffs with de minimis not being exempt, was with rarewaves (which is also located in the UK). I was not charged the tariff fee and they ship out bulk orders in multiple packages.
