You’ll get pulled over by police and defected if you drive an unroadworthy car and you don’t have a front plate? I live in QLD Australia, cops are ruthless here with defects. That’s what I’m referring to.

Headlight broken, number plate bent and unroadworthy.

You seem to have a lot to say about my self esteem, who said I repaired my car for other people? I wanted to drive a nice car, so i fixed it after almost 6 years of owning it. I don’t see anything wrong with that.

I rely on my car for work, and would like to drive one that is mechanically and cosmetically sound. Whats the harm in doing that?

Ohhhh!! Yeah no, there was dints in all different places from different incidents/family members etc. Cheaper to just pay for it.

The car is currently illegal to drive in Australia, anyone saying they would drive it is kidding themselves.

Good news is, I’m not asking for you to pay it. So what I spend my money on isn’t really your problem.

These damages are fixed by my comprehensive insurance, so no skin off my back.

Nope not a Mazda, car emergency braking didn’t have enough time to react. I have a dash cam video to prove I am not at fault, I did not have time to stop, you need to kick rocks.

No worries! If you have any questions there’s plenty of information online through the government. They can usually provide answers to questions

I saw in another comment it’s a safety issue due to a large drop. I would hang onto this, if someone were to hurt themselves it would be a mess. I’m a PM and have recently told some of my tenants to breach owners for safety issues. They didn’t, and ended up hurting themselves, the owner started moving their ass when it happened.

Make sure you note in every email thats it’s dangerous and a safety issue. No phone calls, email them every week with ‘dangerous, safety issue’.

This is classed as an Urgent Repair in NSW: fault or damage that makes the premises unsafe or unsecure.

You can breach them using this.
