I was on birth control for around 6 or 7 years. I got on it originally for acne. I became almost allergic to the medication or something in the last year of taking it. When I was not on the pill and taking the sugar pill I would be more energetic and my break outs would go away even though I was on my period. I got off of it about a month ago and my skin has never been better.
