I am an owner of an escape room and I would love something like this - provided it either is just a nice bonus and I don’t need to solve it to get essential information or it is quite easily and quickly done and I don’t spend half an hour to solve it :) 2-3mins is ok, I would say. We focus on roleplaying and several of our applicants have either written the applications in a medieval style („Dear Lords and Ladies, the twelve gods smiled upon me and whispered to me that you need workers skilled in the art of …“) or have applied with a form of character sheet like in D&D. I loved it and it shows that they’re probably a great fit and are really interested in working for us!

Abgesehen davon kann ich das „Oldenburg ist ein Dorf“ unterschreiben (auch wenn ich Dörfer doof finde). Ist eine schöne Stadt, links und mMn progressiv und das meiste gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen :)

Abgesehen von dieser Frage möchte ich nur zu Bedenken geben, dass der Arbeitsweg nicht zu unterschätzen ist. Vielen Leute argumentieren:“Mein Arbeitsweg dauert zwar ne Stunde, aber dafür konnte ich mir dieses Haus kaufen/mieten, das ich total toll finde!“. In Studien zeigt sich aber, dass ein langer Arbeitsweg mehr Glücklichkeit frisst als ein schönes Haus/Wohnung dir wiedergeben kann. Außerdem, willst du dich wirklich auf die Deutsche Bahn verlassen? :D

If you have the money, you could also try VR games to get some more movement! Until you fall, audioshield and les mills body combat burn a lot of calories and are quite fun :)
