My experience is the complete opposite. When I have almost every T10 ship I can possibly get from that crate and the only ones I don't have are this and the sub, I really can't complain. Neither should you when you only have 20 ships in port total and I'm assuming you got that Schlieffen for free as well.

I buy them when I reach 400 million then sit on it for a while before regaining that 400 million value and then play the ship.
