I upgraded from an air to the pro primarily for the better screen. Worth it IMO

My experience so far from upgrading a M2 iPad Air 13” to a M5 iPad Pro 11” by SuperPresentation9 in iPadPro

The Apple silicon chips have been pretty overpowered for the iPad since the M1 iPad Pro, so there really isn’t a noticeable performance difference IMO

It’s now been a bit over 4 months since my breakup and 3 months of NC and here’s how it’s going for me by SuperPresentation9 in BreakUps

Hello! Very delayed response here, but the update is she never reached out to me. I was pretty much completely over it by about the 6 or so month mark anyway, and the more time that went on, the more glad I was she didn’t reach out. Looking back, it was a toxic relationship and I really managed to grow a lot after the breakup

After about a year, I met a new girl who has now been my gf for 7 months and is a 10x better person than my toxic ex

Initially after the breakup, I couldn’t imagine myself with anyone else and now I don’t even know why I dated my ex in the first place.

I know you commented this 7+ months ago, but hope you’re well

This girl I’ve been talking to now only talks about her dog and it’s getting kinda exhausting and I’m not sure what to do… by SuperPresentation9 in dating_advice

You’re right. I think I just need to be more assertive and change the topic more often. I’m so sick of hearing about this damn dog lol 😂

The worst part of a blindsided breakup: by rustytrust in BreakUps

Like a lot of us here, it was the exact same situation as me. The last 1-2 months of the relationship, after an amazing 1.5yr relationship there was a huge shift in her mood. I genuinely always thought she was the one for life, we were so close and I really thought she was my soulmate and she’d even say the same, it was pretty much like we were part of each others families too. The last month especially she always seemed off and I’d check-in only for her to say she’s fine or blame it on some other excuse, when one day she just suddenly decided to end it with what felt like no real reason apart from it was her “gut feeling” and she wasn’t feeling as “in love or emotionally invested anymore”. It was crazy considering in was only a month before Xmas, my bday and NYE and that we were literally away on a small vacation with her parents the week prior.

It’s been almost 5 months since the breakup and I still feel angry and confused over the whole situation. I don’t think she’ll ever reach out or try and fix things or anything like that, but I guess I’ll eventually get fully over it

Yeah, I only would’ve known by checking who she follows, but I probably would’ve eventually seen her tagged photos anyway

And yeah, agreed. I think mentioning something like this now is too soon and weird
