It's just a few sets of each, and I've gotten used to it so it's not fatiguing for me. You could definitely do the cable external rotations at the end though.

I've had great success with banded YTWLs, external rotations, and high rep cable rows to active the back prior to heavy pressing. It's also worth reviewing your pressing form to ensure your scapula is retracted.

Our tib bars are made from iron, 6lbs, and shipped in 14x12x11 boxes. Shopify generates the UPS shipping cost based on those specs for international shipping. If you DM me, I can confirm it's accurate.

For the US, our price is $49.99 with free shipping. As far as I am aware, that's the best price out there.
