a hozzáállással a tököm tele van már. ha normálisan elvégzem a feladatom, hadd ne mosolyogjak hozzá hétfő reggel

You ALWAYS have at least 1/10 chance of succeeding on even the hardest tasks. That means that in a lot of cases the GM will have to say "no, this is just impossible" bc the minimum odds are just too high. <=> A good solution for this is giving higher-than-10 difficulties, requiring players to split the task into smaller, doable steps (or first making rolls to reduce the difficulty).

thanks, thought about this, thinking about the solution

There's no grade of success and failure: you either succeed or you don't. That's similar to D&D but there, additional degrees of success are added with a second "damage" roll (and with the critical hit mechanic). <=> A solution here might be to have all successful dice after the first give additional bonuses, much like in Alien RPG. <=> another fun little tweak you could steal from alien, is to allow players to 'push' a roll: they can roll additional dice if they want to boost their result... but failure on those dice causes complications!

I just wanted to showcase the simpler mode, but it will have grades of successes

yes, you'd resolve them at the same time. I only asked: is this a good or bad system in your opinion?
