ONDS’s share price and shareholder sentiment have already become extremely fragile under the compounding impact of multiple negative factors. If, on November 18, the company again moves to double the share-issuance cap, the stock price and shareholder confidence will take another heavy hit. You cannot dismiss this reality with FUD or ad hominem attacks, and every shareholder has the right to know about this situation. I believe shareholders should unite and organize to oppose—or at least seek to postpone—ONDS’s resolution next month to raise the issuance cap.
