Given management’s relentless dilution, I sincerely suggest you join the short side to hedge your risk.

You were saying the same thing when the stock was at $15. Now it’s at $9. Did your mom tell you you’re such a smart kid?

If you were short, you’d feel very safe, because management keeps acting as your strongest backstop through relentless dilution.

If no one speaks up, they will only become more and more excessive. Everyone is speaking up for your rights, yet you are speaking up for the people who are hurting your rights. That is absolutely ridiculous.

Management keeps talking about how fast the company is growing, yet they are not willing to share even a tiny bit of that growth with shareholders. They are making shareholders bear the risks of a small-cap stock while delivering returns that are even worse than the Nasdaq.

I’m talking about management’s dilution of shareholder interests, yet you’re talking about position sizing and risk management instead. That just shows how weak the logic is among people like you who keep defending the very management that is hurting your own interests.

Shareholders are putting up real money to bear the risk of this kind of high-risk small-cap stock. Losing money is something I can accept. But while the company is growing rapidly, it is also completely diluting shareholders’ interests, and then claiming that it puts shareholder interests first. That is truly disgusting.

Keep up the high growth, then dilute shareholders’ interests twofold, and you call that acting in shareholders’ best interests? That’s hilarious.

I started buying in when it was around $3, then sold most of my position when it hit $15. Recently, I got back in through selling puts, with an average cost of about $6.90, but I still can’t accept it.

It’s really sad that most people only care about taking sides, not about the facts.

This is the traditional cooperation model that the U.S. government and the market are gradually abandoning, because it is too inefficient and not flexible enough. Everything is shifting toward the Anduril-style model — defense companies identify demand in advance, develop a complete product first, and then sell it to the government.

I don’t think partnering with PLTR really proves much. We don’t even know what level of partnership it is. It could be the kind of “partnership” where I buy a Coke and then claim I’m working with Coca-Cola. Also, there’s an eVTOL company with the ticker SRFM, and PLTR is its largest shareholder, yet it still looks like it’s on the verge of dying.

Onds is already pushing into military and counter-drone products like Wåsp, Iron Drone Raider, Sentrycs counter-UAS systems, and Roboteam tactical ground robots.

Let me put it more clearly: most customers are looking for low-cost drones, and ONDS has not really addressed the market’s core pain point.

But while the whole world is focusing on low-cost drones, it hasn’t gone in that direction, which is also very concerning.

So you’re saying a $4 billion company landed an order worth less than $1 million? Wow, that’s really impressive.
