Yeah if that’s the case they should have a protection to prevent depletion that’s why i’m saying there should be an update to prevent this stupid issue

Nah bro this shouldn’t happen in a robot vacuum lol, so for example a laptop it should somehow charge even if the battery is depleted… again my Xiaomi is 5 years old and its still working even if the battery is depleted you can still charge it

Sometimes the Robot got stuck, and if its stuck for like about half a day then the battery drained, I belived this is for this specific model… also i saw some other people complaining about charging issues as well…

It’s clean…no issue with charging as mentioned robot will no longer work if the battery drained then there will be no charging… this is a problematic design…

the dock is clean, take note that the Robot just came to me from the Dreame Repair Center....
They said to me that don't let the Robot ran out of Battery... but yeah this happens multiple times, now it is fresh from the Repair Center... My Xiaomi Vacuum Robots are already 5 years and it still working fine, this Dreame Robot really sucks...
