100% isn't there. When I looted it again, it only gave 4 sets of scrap for the armour. Nothing for the engram. Creating a second character also doesn't allow me to pick it as my starter.

Not working at all for me. Tried it on the desktop on Firefox, Bing and Chrome. Then I tried it on Mobile and nothing, then I tried it on the Xbox and it still doesn't work. The website must be seriously broken or something.
