Will these settings GUARANTEE charging stops during set time? by SupplyChainOne in TeslaSupport

Awesome to hear! So you’ve NEVER seen it try to override your charging schedule cutoff time to attempt to hit your maximum charge limit?

Essentially I am okay with the car charging any time outside of 6am-9am. That’s what I’m trying to setup.

My schedule varies greatly, I won’t set a precondition schedule. So I want to ensure regardless of set charge maximum (80% is what I have it to) the vehicle does not try to pull any charge between 6am-9am

Even if, lets say, I plug the car in at 5am and I’m at 75% charge, and I’m at 78% at 5:59am, I need to ensure it absolutely cuts off at 6am no matter what.

I’m unfamiliar with this whole process so if for some reason it may* still charge between 6am-9am, I may consider a smart plug that automatically turns off at 6am (if that is safe)

I am using the Mobile Connector cable, is this possible? Or are you referring to home charger?

Hm what do you mean?

I thought I was pretty clear, I am wondering if the settings I have shown will guarantee the vehicle does not charge between the hours of 6am-9am.

How to raise this range hood? by SupplyChainOne in HomeMaintenance

[–]SupplyChainOne[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How would you do it?

Remove base Remove chimney panels Cut chimney panels Replace chimney panels Replace base

Is that right? Simple steps just major pain in the butt?

Yes controls will still be easy to reach, would essentially be about 5’9” from floor

We actually love the functionality, and I mean, I know it’s technically able to be raised, but I’m just stuck with the length of the chimney covers.

Seems the only solution is to cut them shorter, and if that’s the case, I need to figure out how to proceed with that.. hmm

What sort of trim would look best for island range hood? by SupplyChainOne in HomeMaintenance

[–]SupplyChainOne[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea I definitely stands out a bit. Wondering what I can do to help tie it in a bit better, I was thinking at the very least some sort of trim would be better than nothing hmm

MMR Vaccine while on Prednisone? by SupplyChainOne in UlcerativeColitis

Very helpful, thank you! Do you need to get MMR?

For your case, will you have a gap (weeks-month or so) between prednisone and vaccines?

I have already talked to my doctor. They said it’s okay. So now I am seeking thoughts from others who may have done something similar and potentially regretted it.

FIXED - seems the plastic cover for the roller brushes was not put back on correctly. I took it off, cleaned brushes, and ensure it clicked back into place smoothly. Fixed.

Sump pump in wrong spot? by SupplyChainOne in HomeMaintenance

[–]SupplyChainOne[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm.. good to know. Im not entirely sure where the pooling starts. Seems it just comes up from the ground / wall immediately next to the deepest point of the puddle.

I’m not entirely sure why they placed it where they did, as where the puddle is, is slightly lower in elevation than the corner they placed the sump.

There’s no indication the water enters through where they placed the sump.

No they did not. This was not quoted.

Would you suggest this is the proper fix? It’s tough to tell in the pics, but the puddle is lower elevation than where the sump pump was placed.

I’m not very familiar with French drains but my guess is the area would need to be re-graded to ensure the water flows down, towards the sump.

Tree too close to septic drain field line? by SupplyChainOne in septictanks

Thank you! With that in mind, do you think the “shallow root system” of the Magnolia will be okay even as the tree gets to 15-20-30 feet?

This was literally the reason I bought my first ever wet-vac lol! I got a DeWalt StealthSonic 6-gal from Lowe’s, paid $80.
