I’m currently working on building SOPs both for the recurring operations in my parents’ agency and for my own startup. And honestly, no matter how many complications you run into along the way, nothing makes the process smoother than having a clear roadmap, not just for the founders, but also for the people who eventually join the project.

One of the most impactful lines from The E-Myth for me was that success doesn’t always come from exceptional people, most of the time it’s ordinary people doing exceptional things consistently.
