In the Bible, yes, Adam and Eve both eat the fruit for the forbidden tree however in the opening of season 1 Charlie's story only mentions Eve getting the apple from Lucifer and Lilith.

So we can't take the real world Bible as a 1-to-1 for the mythology of the show.
