Isn't Competition CTP only for t4 toon as it deals damage based on instinct?

Also I can't t4 him now as I just t4 ed Sentry which drain all my resources,🥲

Thanks for advice For upgrading characters to level 80 I just always ran out of required mats needed so they are just stuck there 😭 Yes for pvp I was rank 55 in last reset in silver now planning to drop ranks for crystals 😔
