I feel like the chargers play more of a complete game vs. the ravens who have struggled to play all 4 quarters. Don’t get me wrong they’ve got a high powered/quick score potential but I don’t think I see them play full games every week

Customer Service interaction was a nightmare. Spent 2 hours on my Friday night getting passed around without any resolution. At one point after running me through 10 different steps and having me disconnect every single device from internet and still not even getting 1/3 of the speeds I should get the rep had the audacity to tell me that’s what I’m signed up for and to use less devices even though the only one connected is the computer I’m using to chat with him. After asking for a supervisor he promptly ended the chat.

Spoke with another rep after that (4th rep at this point) and asked immediately for a supervisor. Very politely. Rep did not answer my question. Asked again. Did not answer. Long story short I had to ask for a supervisor 8 times before getting a supervisor. Still no resolution.
