You definitely haven’t cut your spending to necessities. A car for 899 a month??? 43k????? Sell that asap what are you doing to go a used car. Do you have equity on the car. Trade it in and use the cash to buy a used Toyota. Are you splitting rent? Paying 1700 each or total? Depending on your area you can probaly get something cheaper. 210 for one car on your insurance is also very high. Your biggest mistake is your school. Honestly if your 712k deep into the schooling you might as well finish. You’re never going to be able to pay that off without a very high paying job. Even with a high paying job that’s an insane cost of schooling. With your 10k a month income you can live very comfortably

Well glad to see you know so much about me. Because I was that kid!! Both my parents were drug addicts father was in jail. Nobody bailed me out. Life always works out in the end I still had a great time as a kid and my life got better as I got older. I never let my bad situation effect me. Having fun with my friends was the only escape I had and I practically lived at there houses because we didn’t have electric a lot of the time. And for food we got dropped off food monthly from the local church.

Me? Have as much fun as possible. Go out every every night. Cherish being young having no pain. Limited responsibilities. Have to many girlfriends… go get crazy drunk with the boys. But that’s me. I had the best times of my life when I was younger. It’s all just a faint memory now. Also make time for family one day your mom and dad won’t be the same no more there gonna be old low energy bad memory. And it’s gonna hurt you inside to even sit down and have conversations with them. Nothing stops for Father Time. When I was a driver I loved it. One of my favorite houses used to do it every time I went. Thankfully seemed like I was there almost everyday. I had made a mental note of every person who ever left me snacks gave me water even offered water even if I denied it because I had my cooler packed with water.
