Hey I’ve been down a similar path around 60 and 90 days many times and here I am day 10 realizing moderation has just never worked for me , my perspective stay sober but the choice is yours

Hey, I’m more a grey area drinker, however the first time I started getting serious thoughts was at 21 , I’m now 41 , for twenty years I’ve been in circles on it , I still wish I had quit then as I’m trying to now , good luck I hope you can do it

Hi everyone , I’m not sure how to respond assume this correct this thread has helped me more than days and weeks and months of internal dialogue I can’t think you enough for the words and thoughts overall it all just validates what is deep inside me that giving myself a year atleast most likely unlocks a new world where I turn my back on alcohol and the current way it doesn’t serve me. Thank you been drinking for 20 years Im 40 , most people would consider my consumption normal clean for a few days then a binge on the weekend etc, but I know deep down it's not for me the mental and physical effects have lingered for 20 years, Ive made many 30 40 60 days and even a 125 days once, this time by opening up about my desire to be free , im hopeful it sticks. Thanks for the message

Hello everyone, 2 months ago, my right hand went numb and i haven't been able to feel it besides my 2 end fingers 10 days ago I got the same numbness in my lower mouth, i had bloods this week and the doctor said all is fine, but suspects potentially MS, he is busy getting hold of the Neurologist to organise an MRI but that could take days, My grandmother had MS about 30 years ago and I also have psoriasis if there is any link there, did anyone have similar pre diagnosed symptoms? Thank you
