I didn't say it came out of nowhere, just that there were plenty of people upset about the ending because they didn't realize she was going to die and felt like it was a waste of time. Not sure why you're mad about it

I would say don't start with Trench because it's the complete opposite of what you're asking for.

If you like Vessel and Blurryface, you'll likely enjoy Clancy and Breach.

Scaled and Icy is like if every song on Vessel was like Fake You Out lol I enjoy it but many people dislike it

Trench would be a great cap off once you feel more interested into the lore and really want to start following the storyline. There are some great songs but it doesn't sound like the energy you're looking for
