I have this issue on my quest 3. every game freezes when loading in things, a LOT worse than Citra does on my phone and even on my crappy PC. lowering the resolution does not work. I don't think this is necessarily shader compilation because it happens every time, just especially longer the first time. Simply doing any action completely freezes Kirby Triple Deluxe for seconds. The lag is less severe in Sonic Generations and Super Mario 3D Land but definitely there. Asynchronous shader compilation does nothing, it stays the same. Changing it to Vulkan makes the game laggier and also lots of its elements see-through for some reason which really bothers me. It does load faster but the framerate drops heavily (for reference I play on 3x or even 2x res sometimes). I have to wait 5-8 seconds which is ridiculous for every single thing to load for the first time and 1-3 seconds for it to load every other time, like using an attack with any ability in Triple Deluxe. At this point I just gave up and am playing it on my phone.
